Taking over the former Pisco space, O&M's hauled in a pool table, big loungey leather rectangles, and a sound system for pumping in everything from the Beatles to Björk to Dubtribe. Drink prices are Clintonian ($5 wells, $4 domestic beers), while the menu -- loaded with burgers, dogs, and chili cheese fries -- is positively Taftian.
