Miami, you flashy, lavish, energetic city!! Happy Birthday!!
The City of Miami
will celebrate its 113th birthday today with traditional gifts, cake and ice cream.
It will begin with a bus tour, followed by a party for children.
The city of Miami was incorporated July 28, 1896.
