This year, Red Gold is also throwing a Grillin’ Party for their Facebook fans. The Red Gold Summer Grillin’ Party, continuing through August 30th, will share original great tasting recipes that bring a healthy twist to traditional grilling dishes, as well as grilling tips, cooking videos, and weekly prize give-a-ways. 

Red Gold, which is a 70-year-old, still family-owned company that professional and home chefs swear by, will host a sweepstakes to celebrate the last part of summer and grilling -- as it gives away a popular Green Egg Ceramic Grill & Smoker, as well 1,000 aprons each week for five weeks leading put to the grand-prize drawing. Caribbean Chicken Burger

1 lb. ground chicken

1 14.5 oz can of Red Gold Lime Juice & Cilantro

Salt & Pepper

Combine ground chicken and Red Gold tomatoes (drained). Form into patties. Season. Grill

As desired, served on Toasted bun or lettuce. Layer guacamole or avocado or roasted pineapple slice. Top with a mango chutney or fruit salsa.
