If you haven't been to the Bird Road Art Walk, you're missing out on the walk that does away with formal galleries and takes you behind-the-scenes into the working studios of 30+ Miami-based independent artists and alternative spaces.
On the third Saturday of each month the artists' open their doors from 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm, each venue offers their own exhibitions, refreshments and artistic vibes to create a unique experience for art collectors and enthusiasts alike. Here the emphasis is all about the ART.

The Bird Road Art District is conveniently located off of the Palmetto Expressway & Bird Road (SW 40th Street).
Most of the studios are located off of SW 74 & SW 75 Ave.

Join the most curious of collectors and art aficionados in Miami for the Bird Road Art Walk, Saturday, August 18, (& every third Saturday of each month).
Enjoy an evening of visual and performing arts, engaging live demonstrations and spoken word. Explore the creative process in more than 30+ artists’ studios and galleries and discover hundreds of original works of art. Named “Miami’s Best Art Walk 2011″ by Miami New Times, the Bird Road Art Walk is the place to experience Miami’s growing art scene.
This event is open and free to the public. Enjoy ample free parking and our complimentary shuttle bus that loops continuously throughout the district stopping at each participating artists’ studio and gallery.
 
  

Bird Road Art Walk - Saturday, June 16 (& every 3rd Saturday of each month from 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm)

If you haven't been to the Bird Road Art Walk, you're missing out on the walk that does away with formal galleries and takes you behind-the-scenes into the working studios of 30+ Miami-based professional artists, who have turned an industrial strip near the rail road tracks into a thriving artistic community. Join the most curious of collectors and art enthusiasts in Miami for an evening of visual arts and engaging live demonstrations. Meet the artists, see the paint-stained warehouse floors where their work is created, their tools and in some cases the muses that inspire them. Enjoy plenty of free parking and a shuttle bus that loops through the district, most of the spaces offer complimentary wine and nibbles. Check it out every third Saturday of the month.

The Bird Road Art District is conveniently located just off of the Palmetto Expressway (SR 826) and Bird Road (SW 40th Street), extending south to SW 48 St. The majority of the studios are located off of SW 75 Ave & SW 74 Ave. Check out the website for map and a complete listing of participating artists/spaces.
