BIANCA GOES LIVE FOR THE SECOND TIME
Miami Spice menu debuts with drinks and tunes
Tuesdays at Bianca are back! On Tuesday, August 7th, Bianca at Delano is hosting the second edition of Bianca Live. Begin your journey with Chef Jordan Hoffman’s three-course Miami Spice menu for just $39 a person featuring brand new menu items, including Fiori de Zucca (crispy zucchini flowers with ricotta Maine lobster and honey), Ossobucco with goat cheese polenta; and for dessert White Truffle Gelato Cones (with shaved summer truffle). All guests will receive a complimentary Bianca Bellini made with  elit by Stolichnaya Vodka. For an additional $26, treat yourself to a wine pairing all while jamming out to live entertainment on the terrace by Miami’s The Alex Fox Trio. And, be sure to kiss your perfect Tuesday goodnight by ending your evening poolside at Delano Beach Club.
Bianca Live will be taking place monthly.

The group was formed in 2003 by renowned Academy Award and multiple GRAMMY winning producer Gustavo Santaolalla, to bring together the talented young tango musicians, beautiful singers, visual artists and DJs of Argentina and Uruguay. They are now releasing a new CD, Mar Dulce.
