Fri 2/28: Welcome Back Weekend

Still in la la land mode and slowly adjusting back to the 24/7/365 Miami lifestyle. The only thing that has come back like clockwork is honking my horn, frustrated feelings of traffic, road rage dreams, dodging texting fools and putting a V6 engine to use. It's always nice to vacate and disconnect from Miami life every now and then. It recharges you and gives you time to focus on yourself and the million other thoughts you've been meaning to sit and think about without the outside world constantly seeking your attention! Grateful that I got to spend time with family and friends, bask in the sunshine, stuff my face with homemade Haitian food, and start reading "Quiet" by Susan Cain (LOVE it so far!), and happy to be home in the Miami Sunshine for a great weekend!
